Borgeson Universal Company Products is over 100 years old. They started in 1914 by making steering universal joints and components for the automotive, industrial and military industries. Borgeson also made parts for the aerospace market. The current owners of Borgeson bought the company in 1982 and continued to work to refine and perfect the original needle bearing universal joint. They have worked and now their u-joint is considered the finest and the strongest joint available. In 2001, wishing to expand, Borgeson bought Mullins steering gears and put the two businesses together. They occupy 50,000 square feet of a modern manufacturing facility where they continue to develop and produce dependable steering components.
