Sam’s 4×4 was founded in 1984 with a very simple goal. Provide the best in parts, service, and prices to the Jeep, truck, SUV, and offroad market. Customer service is our primary goal, and we have spent over 30 years earning our place in the industry.
Having been factory direct with the major manufacturers for decades, we have access to nearly every item you may want to enhance the looks, performance, strength and dependability of your rig.
With over 50 years of combined experience in the shop, and over 35 years of combined experience at the counter, we offer the greatest depth in knowledge and technical talent available in the industry. “If we don’t do it right, we’ll make it right “, is more than just a motto for us, it’s how we operate every day.
Being family owned and operated, we take pride in supporting many groups, sports teams, and facilities in our area. When you shop at Sam’s, you support your local economy.
All that being said, we ask you try us on the web, at the counter, or over the phone. If you aren’t satisfied with any aspect of your dealings with us, just call Rick, Coby, or Michael, and they’ll do whatever it takes to make sure your expectations are met or exceeded.
At Sam’s, we live by the motto “If we did it wrong, we will make it right”. We recognize that we are all human, and even though we have more experience in our shop than most, we occasionally make a mistake. The difference in challenges that arise is how you handle them. Rather than dismiss or argue about issues that may come up, we will always defer to the customer’s needs as being the deciding factor. We very rarely have problems with work performed, but when we do, you will see what we mean.
Ask us any question you like about the what goes on in the shop. From what part fits best on an ’83 CJ8, to best way to get more horsepower out of your rig. We will share our tips and tricks… just ask. The only thing we don’t answer here is how much anything costs. In that case give us a call and we can help you meet your wants to your budget.
